Client portal

# One secure place for your documents

The client portal is where you send us your paperwork and pick up your finished return. Everything stays together, and out of your email.

## What the portal is for

The portal is a private space you share with MEB. You upload what we need whenever it suits you, and your finished return, and anything else we send back, is waiting for you in the same place.

We use it instead of email because tax paperwork carries details like Social Security and account numbers, and the portal is built to keep those private. It also means nothing gets lost in an inbox.

### How it works

- When we start working together, we send you an invitation to the portal.
- You sign in and upload your documents, whenever it suits you.
- When your work is done, it is in the portal, ready to download.
- If we need anything else, we call or email to let you know.
